FCS Data Processor 1.4.1 (28.06.05) Main updates: 1. Models library for fitting auto(cross)correlation functions has been extended: * correction on brightness difference was added; * correction on background was added; * 2D free diffusion type was added to the models; * 2D and 3D anomalous diffusion types were added to the models; * 2D and 3D confined diffusion types were added; * flow model was added; * Ginf (the level of autocorrelation function at infinity) parameter was added to all models; * any combinations of processes (flow, triplet intercrossing, conformational changes and protonation) and motion terms (2D/3D free, anomalous and confined diffusion) are now possible; 2. Fluorescence Cumulants Analysis (FCA) was implemented. Observation profile shape factors can be calculated for 2D/3D Gaussian and squared Gaussian Lorenzian functions; 3.
